For event, crowd-control & rental vendors
The government bids worth chasing, in your inbox every weekday.
Bidsmith checks federal, state, city and school-district bid sites every morning and sends you a short list of open bids that match what you rent and where you deliver. When one looks worth it, we draft the response for your review.
No card. No contract. Cancel by replying “stop.”
How it works
Three steps. About ten minutes of your time.
Public bids are scattered across hundreds of portals. We do the searching so you only spend time on the ones you can win.
Tell us what you do
What you rent or provide (barricades, stanchions, tents, staging, crowd management), the states or metros you serve, and any certifications like small business or SLBE.
Get your weekday digest
Every weekday morning you get a short, ranked list of open bids that fit, with due dates, key requirements and a direct link to the official posting.
Chase the good ones
Reply to the bids you like. We'll outline the response, flag insurance and bonding requirements, and draft the paperwork for your review before you submit.

If you'd take a city, county, university or federal contract but don't have time to watch the portals, this is for you.
Already have someone watching bids full-time? We can still cover the portals they miss, like school districts and smaller cities.

FAQ
Questions vendors ask
Where do the bids come from?
Public sources: SAM.gov for federal work, plus state, county, city, university and school-district procurement portals in your area. Every listing links to the official posting.
How is this different from a bid alert service?
Most alert services send every keyword match. We read the postings and send only the ones that fit what you actually rent and where you deliver, with the requirements summarized, so you can decide in minutes.
Do you write the bid for me?
Starter includes up to 2 drafted responses a month and Pro up to 5. We draft the narrative and forms for your review; extra drafts are $250 (simple quote) to $500 (full proposal). You check the pricing, sign, and submit. Nothing goes to an agency without you.
Do I need to be registered anywhere first?
Many agencies require registration on their own portal, and federal bids need a SAM.gov registration. We'll tell you what each bid requires and remind you before registrations expire.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing, unless you say so. If the digest is worth it, pick a plan (from $149/month) and we'll invoice you monthly. If not, it simply stops. There's no card to cancel.
Can I change my services or area?
Yes. Reply to any digest with changes and the next edition reflects them.
